Future Science Leaders (FSL) is an after-school science enrichment program designed to engage curious minds with the nature of science, unleash creative potential, and build a life-long network of like-minded peers.
The Organizing Committee of StemCellTalks-Vancouver would like to invite your enthusiastic Grade 11-12 science students to participate in StemCellTalks 2020, a one-day symposium sponsored by UBC Let’s Talk Science. Students will learn from leading researchers about stem cell basics, concepts of neural stem cells, and promising new cell-based therapeutics. Attendees will also have the opportunity to delve into ethical implications surrounding stem cell research. If you would like to send an entire class, we would be happy to host them. Theme 2020: Stem cells and Neural regeneration. When: Friday May 8th, 2020. From 8:00am – 3:30pm.
